Fantastic and helpful staff. They arrived as soon as they could and worked on the problem solidly for five and a half hours. Their dedication and customer service were exceptional and without their persistence, we could easily have been left with no heating at all. Thanks to their skills and expertise we now have heating in the church. We have an important service next week. It's the funeral of the former vicar who was with us up until about 3 years ago and served the church for over 20 years. There will be dozens of people there and representatives from different organisations there to celebrate and pay tribute to his life and service. It would have been a crushing disappointment not to have any heating for this important event, so it is with a huge debt of thanks that we owe to the team who ensured that we had heating back for this special day.
